CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Trusted by Customers Across the United States. At The Friend Brand, our mission is simple: Create Products That Improve Comfort, Mobility, Flexibility, and Everyday Wellness.
We're proud to serve customers from all walks of life—including athletes, seniors, travelers, office professionals, caregivers, and individuals focused on improving their health and mobility.
Here’s what our customers are saying about their experiences with The Friend Brand products. Our customer reviews give shoppers an opportunity to learn how real customers use our products in everyday life. In addition, customer feedback can offer helpful insight alongside the information provided on each product page.
Of course, every customer has different needs and experiences. For example, reading several reviews can provide a broader picture of a product and help shoppers understand the features that customers find useful. Some customers may focus on comfort, while others may discuss convenience, mobility, portability, or ease of use.
The Friend Brand offers products designed to make everyday activities easier and more comfortable. In addition, customer feedback provides another way to learn about those products beyond their descriptions and specifications.
For instance, reviews may describe experiences at home, at work, while traveling, or during other daily activities. As a result, these real-world examples can help shoppers understand how a product may fit into different routines and lifestyles.
Because individual experiences vary, we encourage shoppers to read multiple customer reviews when researching a product. Comparing different perspectives can provide useful context and help customers determine which features are most relevant to their own needs.
In some cases, detailed customer feedback can highlight features that shoppers might not immediately notice when reading a product description. For example, a review may discuss comfort, convenience, ease of use, portability, or another feature that was particularly important to that customer.
In addition, shoppers can combine these experiences with the specifications, images, descriptions, and other information available on our product pages. As a result, shoppers have several sources of information when comparing products from The Friend Brand.
Next, browse our customer reviews to discover what customers have shared about their experiences with individual Friend Brand products. Since each reviewer reflects that customer’s own experience, results and opinions may vary from person to person.
When you find a product that interests you, visit its product page for complete details, images, features, and purchasing information.
You can also explore additional reviews to see what other customers have shared about using the product.
For this reason, we appreciate customers who take the time to share their experiences with The Friend Brand. Their feedback helps other shoppers learn more about our products and how they are being used in everyday situations.
As a next step, explore our products and customer reviews to learn more about The Friend Brand and find the product that best fits your needs.

As The material feels heavy-duty and doesn't stretch out under tension. It took me a few tries to get comfortable with the leg adjustments, but it works very well.
