Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Locations
The Friend Brand currently ships to addresses within the United States. Additional shipping destinations may become available in the future.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
